The Dream House is newly built and accommodates up to 6 guests plus one. The house has 3 beautiful furnished bedrooms, 2 baths and a panoramic ocean view living room over-looking the Monterey Bay.Open kitchen with granite countertops, Gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, fully equipped with dishes and cooking equipment, laundry room, Wi-Fi / Flat panel TV/ DVD. Beautiful yard is superbly designed for every taste with Roman water fountain.

RATES

Corporate vacation retreat welcome.
Long term stay is negotiable.
Price can be changed without notice.

POLICIES
We welcome up to 6 guests plus one, for any additional guest there will be $50.00 charge. Linens and towels are supplied. Sorry no smoking in the house and pets are not allowed. We want you to have as much fun as possible, but no weddings, parties no large gathering, or other group functions.

RESERVATIONS
To hold the Dream House for the dates you specify, we require 20% of the total rental amount plus tax up-front. When your rental is confirmed, we will send you a receipt through an email. You can pay this amount and other invoices through on-line personal check, Paypal or credit cards.

PAYMENT
The balance due must be received 30 days prior to arrival, and if it is not, your reservation may be cancelled. We also require $500.00 security deposit and it will be returned within 5 days after you vacate, less amounts necessary to repair damage or clean the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation must be received more than 30 days prior to arrival date, or you will forfeit all rental sums paid, unless we re-rent the property, less $100.00 cancellation fee.

CHECKING IN
We know you are anxious to get into your Dream House. The check-in time is between 2pm and 5pm.

CLEANING
The Dream House must be left clean and ready for the next guest. If additional cleaning is required it will be deducted from your security deposit. If you do not want to spend the last day of vacation cleaning, we do offer a cleaning service for $40.00 an hour.

If you like to clean the house yourself, please do the following:

• Vacuum and sweep
• Take out all garbage
• Clean out refrigerator & oven
• Make all beds
• Wipe down counters
• Wash all your dishes
• Be sure to turn off thermostat, stove, stereo, TV, lights, etc.
• Close all the windows and doors

CHECKING OUT
Check out time is 12pm the day of departure. The inspectors are scheduled to be there at 12pm. Be sure to check the house for your belongings before leaving. We are not responsible for articles left over 30 days.
